No garbage. Just everything that I find relevant to write down. And some doodles. And doing all this publicly to get some feedback (and to make this a habit).

In this talk, I discuss Nakadi - an HTTP API abstraction over Kafka-like queues developed and used as the central Event Streaming Bus at Zalando and Nakadi SQL - a stream processing platform built over Nakadi event types with SQL-based syntax. Nakadi SQL allows to create queries to filter, project, join and transform events published to Nakadi event types. The queries, which can be created with a SQL syntax run as Kafka Stream applications and generate events to another Nakadi event type. (Presentation)
Overlay File Systems
Sometimes I read a lot throughout days. But remember only parts of what I read — parts that hit me differently. But often I’ve observed that I’d like to remember more new things. I’ve now began the practice to select the topics that I read and then rewrite all the things that I’d like to remember and come back to.
Irrational Path to Organised Reading
Also, keeping no organisation for easy repetition, I’ve all what I learn as part of big single documents (divided into streams).
